Villa Pizzo is located in the village of Cernobbio and sits on the lakeside, just 10 minutes away from Como. It was built by the Muggiasca family in the XV century. It was purchased from an engineer on behalf of the Viceroy Ranieri of Hasburg, that made it the home for his wife Maria Elisabetta Savoia of Carignano and himself for a time, dedicating his efforts to the embellishment of the park passionately. In 1865, the villa was bought by Madame Mousard but in 1871, she was forced to leave the house that was taken over by the Milanese Volpi Bassani family.
The Villa can hold a maximum of 150 guests outdoor in the Court and 120 indoors (split in 4 connected halls); the bridal suite is located on the second floor. Inside the Villa there is also a discoteque, where you can host your after-party.
Villa Pizzo is not only famous for his gardens but also because it hosted celebrity weddings such as John Legend and Chrissy Teigen’s and hosted guests like Kanye West, Stevie Wonder and John Legend.
